Unable to see my email groups
Used as distribution lists to redirect incoming mail to that domain to all users in each group.
It functions as it should, but since changing the default mailbox and login email of the users and myself as admin, I am no longer able to see any of these groups.
If I try to re-add the groups, it says that the mailID is already in use.
The groups are still functioning, but just not visible in the dashboard/groups sections and on the main dashboards groups=0.
Very strange indeed.
I sent a help request a couple of day ago and wondered how long it might be before someone assists me with this issue.
