Unable to sync Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns

Newly signed up for Zoho One. Both Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns are new to us. We're migrating from Salesforce and Mailchimp. All of our CRM data has been successfully moved to Zoho CRM. I'm trying to move our current email list from Mailchimp to Zoho Campaigns. I've exported our contacts from Mailchimp but before uploading to Campaigns I'd like to try and sync Campaigns with CRM.

Steps I'm taking: 
1) In campaigns I'm clicking "Contacts > Sync Services". Zoho CRM is the first choice and it says "Accounts not associated". When I hover over the image a button appears saying "Associate New Account". I click this.
2) A new window pops up describing what this integration will do. I click "Continue"
3) Upon clicking the Continue button I'm taken back to the Sync Services page and an error pops up at the top of the page saying "Organization is already integrated". 

I've tried logging out and back in multiple times as well as refreshing the page thinking maybe there's a delay in the sync/integration. I'm still receiving the same errors each time I try. 

What I'm trying to accomplish and how I'm picturing this should work (which may be incorrect):

1) Upon syncing all contacts and leads will be brought into Campaigns with certain additional data including "Email Opt-In" preferences. 
2) I then want to upload our Mailchimp list. With the CRM data already in Campaigns, I want new emails/contacts from Mailchimp to be added to one list in Campaigns that I can then take back over to CRM as a lead. Any existing emails will be ignored. 
3) One field I would like updated in both cases of item 2 is their email opt in/out choices. This information is up to date coming from our Mailchimp account. I'd like this information to be updated and maintained in both CRM and Campaigns going forward.
