Unable to use calendar on non IE platforms
Hello,
I am using Ubuntu 8.10 with Opera 9.63 as well as Firefox 3.0.5, and I am unable to add events to the calendar. If I click on Create Event and put in minimal information, the event is created. However, when I start modifying the Start/End Dates, Repeat, etc in the Create Event dialog, nothing seems to happen and no events are created on the calendar. I have replicated the problem on my wife's Windows XP Pro machine using the Opera 9.63 browser. It works flawlessly on her machine when I use IE 7. Is there a reason alternative platforms are being locked-out of such essential functionality?
In addition, Tasks are extremely problematic, with creating new tasks being hit-or-miss (either it is created, or nothing happens). Editing tasks is a futile.
Please let me know if this has been replicated, or if there is something specific that I can try.
