Unattended Computers - Status
Hello,
When I view my unattended computers after logging into meetinglab.zoho.com, I have noticed three different statuses, one of which (yellow) I cannot understand. Is there documentation explaining each of these?
- Green circle - Awake and available for remote session.
- Grey circle - Unavailable. I have seen this when the remote computer is asleep or turned off.
- Yellow circle - Unknown. (See image below) The 'Connect' button is available. When I try to connect, I receive a message that says, "Waiting for remote computer to respond..." which ultimately times out.
- Are there others?

Unattended Access (Beta) is live! Unattended Access, a feature requested by a lot of our customers is live now. Currently, it's in beta. You can add up to 100 computers per Technician subscription. They can also be accessed by your organization members. My Computers list in Zoho Assist home page will always display the online status of your unattended computers.
