Dear Friends,
Good day,

My account OPERACIONESCOLOMBIA@ADUANTIR.COM was blocked because the mailbox storage size exceeded the allocated storage. 
According email send by us once the user has feed up at least 5% space (I did it) or has been allocated additional storage, the user can unblock himself from the Mail Accounts section in the Settings page but I am still with that problem.

Can you help me to unblock my email?
