Understanding Google Sheets for Zoho Flow

Hi

In the next week I will need to design a flow and hoping someone in the community will help with inspiration.

I've dabbled in Google Sheets before but was frequently getting an error that related to too many calls to google sheets, so I turned it off in a number of my flows. Is anyone who uses it have a solution to that as a problem? For a new flow I'm working on I feel like Google Sheets could be part of the solution, but if call frequency is a problem it will not work.

Also I can see a new line can trigger a flow, but what happens if you copy and paste a number of rows to a sheet? Will that simultaneously trigger all the calls?

Anyone compared Google Sheets with Zoho Sheets and pros and cons of each?

Any information would be helpful, I'm not too sure where to start for this particular one.
