If Zoho truly wants to make Zoho a business operating system, it is critical that they adopt a single task structure across all of their apps. While I appreciate you can have a unified view of apps, that is very different from being able to create a task that can live in different apps. Zoho has implemented this between Zoho Projects and Sprints and it works fantastic, but let's say that a project requires action from a salesperson, well they should be able to see that in the CRM, or action from HR, that should live in people, etc. And of course I should be able to see all of my tasks in a single list and be able to prioritise them.

        A better clarity so you can create other users to start using Zoho Mail. You can directly Add Users from the Control Panel to your Organization. You can invite users with the existing email address. If the person (user) already uses ZohoCRM, then you can import users from Zoho CRM. You can also import them using a .csv file.
