We are currently utilizing both Zoho Desk and Zoho SalesIQ for our customer support operations. While both platforms offer WhatsApp integration, we are facing challenges due to the requirement of separate WhatsApp numbers for each platform.
We propose the integration of a shared WhatsApp number management system between Zoho Desk and Zoho SalesIQ. This would enable us to utilize the same WhatsApp number across both platforms, providing a consistent communication channel for our customers.
By unifying WhatsApp number management, Zoho can enhance customer experience by eliminating the need for customers to use different numbers for support inquiries. This will also simplify our internal processes and reduce the administrative burden of managing multiple WhatsApp numbers.
We believe this integration would significantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer support operations.
