Hello,
I would like to create universal folders visible to everyone in the company. Besides, I need to create documents and folders within those universal folders which we can arrange the permission for that specific document according to the user or group specifically.
For instance, I want to have a folder called "Meeting Minutes". This folder should be visible to everyone. When I put meeting minute documents inside that folder, I want only attendees to see that document.
Secondly, I want to have a folder called "Procedures". Everyone should see that folder and contents. But only 1 or 2 person should have the right to add or delete or update the documents inside that folder.
I almost know how to arrange the permissions and etc. but the problem starts when creating a universal folder. When I create a folder and share it to everyone, I can not modify the permissions of documents inside that folder since its a kind of inheriting from the parent folder.
Can anyone help me?
