What use is context that's not available where you need it? With this in mind, we bring you the Table View. This feature will add more power to the way you organize and work through your ticket load.
Table View comes in handy when you want more control over the ticket information you see. This is a nifty tool for users who find themselves limited in terms of the level of information that is being offered in the Classic View and Compact View. With an upper limit of 15 columns, agents can glean most ticket details without having to open the ticket.
Currently, the preferences for this view will be common to all users in a department, so admin users can set the preferences that work best for their teams. E.g: An admin modifying the “All Tickets” view is essentially modifying the view preferences for all the agents in their department. User-specific preferences will be out shortly!

Note: This view is available on all of Desk's paid plans. Also, the view will not be available in the All Department view.
