Unopened Rates

Hi there,

I am concerned about the unopened rate in regards to the email campaign I recently sent out.

Whenever I add a specific colleague on to the send list - the email without a doubt, goes in to her junk mail even after authenticating our domain.

I'm thinking this is the case with the recent campaign we sent out? It's the highest unopened rate we've have ever received.

Is there a solution to this? Could you figure out why the unopened rate is so high?
