Over the past few days, I have experienced MAJOR delays in my flows being triggered. can you give an explanation for this Zoho? I was on with your seriously lacking Zoho flow customer service reps and was told this would be rare and I would never see it more than once it a day...well on yesterday not only did I experience 3 times and reached out to Zoho each time, the last time the flows took 6 WHOLE HOURS before they were triggered, and then when they did trigger, they put the timestamp from 6 hours before(when I actually kicked it off), instead of when it actualyl ran. You need to fix your software, your servers and whatever else is causing this type of latency. This is unacceptable and no business can operate like this. WHAT IS YOUR PLAN FOR FIX THE FLOW LATENCY?
