Upcoming product workshops: Melbourne and Sydney

Hiya folks,

We're happy to share that we're organising a series of workshops in May.

• Melbourne: 16 May, 2023 at Cliftons, Freshwater Place
• Sydney: 18 May, 2023 at Cliftons, Margaret Street

We're covering Zoho Analytics, Creator, CRM, and Workplace. Each product workshop will run simultaneously, from 9 am through to 4 pm.

Zoho Analytics: Strengthening your business with powerful, end-to-end analytics
We'll start at the very beginning: How to get started with Zoho Analytics. We'll then explore how to combine data from various sources, as well as best practices for data visualisation, data storytelling, sharing, and collaboration.

Zoho Creator: Build powerful applications faster with low-code technology
We'll work through how to build an app on Zoho Creator from scratch, including data relationships, custom logic, workflows, and dashboards. We'll also look at integrations in Creator and how to share your app with other stakeholders.

Zoho CRM: Automation for Zoho CRM Admins
We'll cover how to set up workflows and automation rules, as well as automated lead assignments, follow-up emails, and reports.

Zoho Workplace: Enhancing your hybrid teams' productivity, and building a secure and efficient administration
We'll walk you through the Admin Console of Workplace, and discuss best practices for choosing between Zoho Cliq and Connect for team communications, as well as using WorkDrive, Sheet, and Show.

If you've just started exploring these apps and features or you're new to Zoho, we think these workshops will be a great way to get your bearings. We'll provide breakfast and lunch, and a common networking opportunity at the end for attendees from all workshops. You'll also get to meet our product managers, marketers, and support personnel and clarify any additional questions you may have directly with them.
