Update a field by modified person name - Only When a specific field changed

In my custom module, I have pick list field called Approved Status. - Yes/No

If I make any changes in Approved Status, I need an update in other field called Approved by – Here I need person name who changed Approval Status. Like modified by only that time.

Any formula/suggestion to achieve this update?
