We have a blueprint built out with custom functions that update particular fields based on candidate actions. When particular fields are updated we need to move the candidate forward in the blueprint. We tried to do this through a workflow, but are finding that the candidate status cannot be progressed through the Workflow actions available. This is possible when a candidate is not in a blueprint, but we had to write a lot of code to workaround the lack of this workflow functionality. 

While we have many examples of this, a specific one would be when candidates enter a Schedule Interview stage through workflow they are sent calendly links to book an interview with us. When the candidate books the interview we update fields under the candidate record through some custom functions. When those fields are updated we would like to see workflow kick in and move the candidate forward in the process so that the system is handing the work of 'sorting' or 'progressing' the candidate and so that it is not a manual step every time.

For firms handling high volumes of applicants through a blueprint(s) this would be a very valuable feature. Thank you!
