URGENT HELP - Quote Inventory templates losing HTML and going blank

Hi, today I was cloning a Quote template, and the clone was blank. Upon editing it, I confirmed that it was blank with no HTML at all. I copied the HTML from the original template and inserted it into the clone. But the Save button would not do anything, the cancel would not do anything either. I tried different browsers, I tried incognito browser sessions, but the experience was all the same. I tried the original quote template to see if it would save, upon reopening the original quote template it too was now empty.

We now have no quote template to print out quotes, therefore now unable to send out quotes.

I have reached out to support, but as yet, no response. I have also noticed that the 'Chat with us' is no longer available from within Zoho, there appears to be no Chat with Zoho on any of their web pages either, it now says to organise a callback.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there anyway to restore the template from a backup, as we had the layout exactly as we needed it.
