Our business has been a user of Zoho Books for the past four years, and during this time, we have consistently requested the inclusion of Proforma Invoice and Transaction Level Discount features. These functionalities are crucial for businesses operating in the UAE and are considered mandatory for our operations. 

Despite our repeated requests, we regret to note that there has been no update or implementation of these important features. Every month, we eagerly anticipate updates from Zoho, but unfortunately, these critical enhancements have been overlooked.

As our business continues to grow, it is imperative for us to have these features to meet our operational needs effectively. We are currently exploring other software options that provide the necessary functionalities. 

We urge you to provide us with an update on the status of these features at your earliest convenience. Many businesses, including ours, have voiced similar requests to Zoho Books, yet we have not received any satisfactory response or timeline.

Your prompt attention to this matter is highly appreciated. We value our partnership with Zoho and hope to continue our collaboration with enhanced features that meet our business requirements.
