Urgently need help accessing my email account. Customer service email not responding.
I have lost access to my Zoho email account. I cleared my cache and it must have cleared some cookies too as my computer signed me out of all of my log ins. So I lost my password. But I no longer have the alternative email address I signed up with, so I can't change my password.
Please can you help as a matter of urgency as I have sent 3 emails about this to the support email address, and have had no reply.
