I'm hopeful that someone here has an answer or possibly even a fix for my issue.

My company has customized Bigin a decent bit with custom fields tracking different things. We are trying to create an email template on a pipeline that auto fills merge fields with contact information from a company record linked to the pipeline record. The system provided fields are working but the lookup fields are not auto filling into the template. Other text fields are filling as normal. I don't want to make yet another custom field and have to repeat information that is already selected in the lookup fields.

I have tested adding a lookup field to the pipeline record and that field is filling as expected so I feel like this should be working overall.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
