Using a form for generating a link to a form with filled field alias

Hi,

I was wondering if there's a chance having a form where you fill in some "field alias data" to generate a link to a form filling those field aliases.

Let's say you have a prename (p) and name (n). The form allows to send this with ...LINKTOFORM?p=...&n=...
Now I would like to have a form with prename and name only which generates or send a link via mail filling the fields, e.g.

Form

Prename = John
Name = Doe

GENERATE BUTTON

Showing or sending to mail option:
https://zohoforms.eu/bliblablub?p=John&n=Doe

Maybe it's simple and I have a mental breakdown, but any help appreciated.
