Using buttons in Client Portal?

Hello,

I have a client portal, and I would like to have a button so they can access to a form with the prepopulated answers in Zoho Forms.

The process I want to achieve is as follows:

Client log in into the portal
He has the list of the potentials
He has a button in the list view so he can access to a form.

Is possible to have buttons in Zoho CRM portals?
