Using Labels for Photo Management

I'm considering labeling all my company's photos (thousands) for organization, but I have some questions before I undertake such a massive project.
  1. Has anyone else attempted to use labels similarly? Any pros or cons?

  2. Is there a limit to how many labels you can have in WorkDrive?

  3. Would anyone else find it helpful to be able to share files by label? (Meaning, I would like an external share link attached to the label. So when someone accesses the share link they will have access to every file with that label.)
