Using Multi-Select Lookup to Search Leads and Contacts in Custom Module
Hello Zoho Community,
I have a custom module in Zoho CRM called “Projects E.One” and I need help with a specific requirement:
I want to add a field in this module that allows me to look up and select multiple Leads and/or Contacts that are already registered in my CRM. Essentially, I need a multi-select lookup field that can search and select records from both the Leads and Contacts modules.
Is it possible to achieve this in Zoho CRM? If so, could you please provide guidance or steps on how to set this up?
Any insights or examples would be greatly appreciated.
