Using multiple Assist accounts
I use Zoho Assist to support my customers' computers. One of my customers would like to switch to Zoho from Logmein to access his office computer.
He got his own Zoho Assist account but we cannot get it to work. When installing the deployment on his office computer a prompt to replace access from my account to his came up. Not wanting to eliminate my ability to support his computer from my account, the prompt was answered with NO.
So now, when he logs onto his ZOHO account, his office computer is not listed. My dashboard still lists it.
Is it not possible to access a single computer from different Zoho Assist accounts?
