Using previously populated field in desccription field

Using previously populated field in desccription field

I want to use one values of a field that has  been previously populated within a block of text in a description field similar to the way that a field can be used in the "Thank you page"


So for example I want to have a section that reads like this:

Please confirm your name and age :

<Fill in text here from the Name field>

<Fill in text here from the age field>

Is it possible to do this?
