I am trying to create an online corporate application, similar to a bank or trade account application or KYC. Using the survey to create that was straightforward. Now once that survey is returned, our compliance department needs to vet these submitted applications via a separate RISK form. 

Any suggestion(s) on how best to have the KYC form response be either linked with or part of the RISK form.
