Using Zoho Connect Channels vs Zoho Cliq ?
Hello,
Zoho Connect includes a live chat solution with 'Channels'.
I have some questions about it :
1) Is Cliq really useful if all my team is in Zoho Connect ?
2) What are the differences between Zoho Connect Channels and Zoho Cliq (except the Cliq dedicated platform) ? Does both provide the same features ?
3) If we don't use Cliq, are the Connect Channels included in the Smartchat ?
