As a CCTV integrator and consultant, one of the services offered by my company is getting government approval for the installed CCTV systems of my clients.
In order to fulfill this responsibility, my company creates a word format document filled with snapshots of each and every camera view on the client site. we also have to include several other snapshots like
1. first day of recording
2. night time views
3. evidence of sticker warnings saying that the premises are under cctv surveillance
so on and so forth...
The government uses this report to decide whether the installed CCTV system at our client's premises meets their specifications
I'm trying to automate this process by using a Zoho Creator application. Each category of snapshots are captured by image sub-forms within the application.
After filling the form, I want to use those images to fill the government provided template for the report.
The template mostly consists of the government header and footer, empty 2 column tables with titles indicating their purpose, and notes and the end of each table explaining what needs to be filled in those tables
Unlike a fillable form, the length of this document can vary widely depending on the number of cameras at client's premises. The number of cameras can vary from anywhere between 4 cameras to over 500 plus.
Is it possible to do this using Creator and Writer? Or Zoho Forms and Writer? Or any other combination of softwares?
