We have been testing Zoho Sign to see if this will work within our current workflow, and hoping to move away from another sign product since we are using the Zoho Suite for much of our systems.
One question that I had was using Zoho Sign as an Administrator, is there a view or option to be able to see all documents that are sent from myself and other users within our organization?
From the documentation i was reading it looks as if I would only be able to see documents that I have sent out for signing. Also related to this, if we have a user that leaves the company and we deactivate their account how would we access their document archive of signed contracts?
I may be missing something simple but, within our organization we often will send out a document for signature but someone else will check up on that to followup and see that once it is signed the next process is started, or they may need to reference that document even if they were not the sender.
Lastly is the template library able to be shared with the organization as a whole? We have some templates that we all use the same document to send out regularly and i wanted to make sure that everyone would be using the same template and that we would not have to setup templates in each users account.
