Verify a domain that is hosted in Crazy Domain

Hello,

I'm trying to verify my domain of a website that is hosted in CrazyDomains. The TXT has been added and it's been over 24 hours but still says Verification Failed in Zoho.

The website was built using Wordpress but hosted with Office365.
