Version History is wiped

I lOSt ALL MY DATA ! My phone while writing from the app suddenly died of a power failure. So booting up myphone, my version history is still there, but it load on the phone. So i tried loading it on ht web, but the version history on the web is wiped, empty.
will updating the app fix the problem?
When trying to load the version history from my phone, only the first few paragraph of my note are displayed, but upon loading version history.
.I cant scroll down to see the rest of the text, because a loading circle is preventing from doing so.
