I was wondering if anyone could tell me the version of PDF that is output when using the Zoho Writer Conversion API

We're using a function in CRM to grab an DOCX attachment from a record, convert it to PDF, then upload it to another service.  When the other service receives the file, they have errors parsing the PDF. 

If we use MS Word to Print to PDF, then upload that PDF to the other service, they're able to parse through it properly.

All I can think is that the version of PDF coming out of the Conversion API is different, but that could be a stretch.

Any ideas are appreciated!
