Today's video tip is on how you can view, upload, and manage your team files right from your smartphones using the WorkDrive apps for Android and iOS. In this video, we will show you three interesting features to help you get work done faster.
- With the WorkDrive app, you can simply click a picture or scan a file and upload it to the relevant Team Folder, thereby giving your team instant access to that document.
- Often we find ourselves with limited internet when we are traveling. To ensure you have access to important files, you can set them as offline for viewing without an internet connection.
- Manage both your team and their files right from your smartphone. You can create Team Folders, invite members, and modify settings using the WorkDrive app. You can also manage the trash list and restore deleted files at any time.
