Do you spend a large part of your professional life creating and delivering presentations? And, would like to make all of them a truly great presentation experience? See what we have for you to deliver a flawless presentation.
Zoho Show's "Presenter View":
The "Presenter View" is a dual window feature that let's you display your slides effectively to the audience on a projector screen (The Audience Window). As you present, you can quickly refer to the titbits, track the time spent on your slide, or even draw on the screen with a virtual pen to mark a point. With the Presenter Window, you can manage all your tasks from within your computer screen; privately.
All you need to do is set up your computer to run two screens simultaneously – the computer screen for you (The Presenter Window) and the projector screen for your audience (The Audience Window).
Here is a quick idea on what the "Presenter view" offers:
1. View your talking points - With the Presenter mode, you can effectively check your slide notes whenever required without having to worry about the delivery screen as it stays hidden from the audience window.
2. Look what's coming up - Quickly preview the upcoming slide in your presentation under the "Next" pane. This helps you to follow the slides coming immediately after the current slide and also to maintain the flow of your talk during the presentation.
3. Skip to any slide - The Slide thumbnail pane shows you the list of all slides in your presentation in a single window. You can choose to skip a slide or return to a slide that you have already presented from here. The completed slides are indicated with a green tick.
4. Highlight important points - With the highlighter tools like "laser pen and pointer", you can draw/write directly on the slide to indicate main points. You can also erase them using the "Eraser" tool.
5. Track your time - With the "Timer" you can track the amount of time elapsed during your presentation. It starts as soon as you begin using presenter view and continues until you pause or end your slide show. You can reset the timer and restart the count anytime from zero.
6. Mask your slide - With the "Blackout" option you can mask your slide and make your audience focus on your speech rather than the presentation content.
As a presenter, you will now be one step ahead of your presentation using the "Presenter View" on Zoho Show.
