Want to upgrade but can't access my admin account

Want to upgrade but can't access my admin account

I signed up for a free account. My account is about to go over 5gigs and I want to upgrade to a paid account. The admin account is the only account that can upgrade. The problem is that I forgot my admin account info and I have been unable to recover that info. 

I could just move my domain to another mail company but I would like to stay with Zoho. Can anyone help me recover my account? I can put up a file on my domain name server to prove that I own this domain name.
