Way to automatically assign a status after Time Open hits a certain point?

Way to automatically assign a status after Time Open hits a certain point?

I'm trying to put together a "queue" of tickets that have been open for longer than 72 hours (not including hold time). What I would like to do is automatically assign a status to a ticket if the Open Time hits 72 hours.

Is there a way to do this? Or am I looking at the wrong place?
