We are experiencing slow download from Zoho Workdrive

We are experiencing slow download speeds from Zoho WorkDrive. It is downloading at 100 Kb/s... sometimes 250 Kb/s. This is not a local problem because all employees are working from different places and are experiencing the same issue. We conducted tests with different browsers, in private mode, but encountered the same problem.
