We are facing a data loss problem while using Zoho Drive.
We use WorkDrive True Sync.
I will try to explain it step by step;
Two different users open a file at the same time. Let's say an excel file or a txt file.
They make a different type of update on the same file. Like entering their first names on the different cells in an excel file.
They save and close the file.
Synchronizing starts and ends for both users.
And we open the excel file again. And see that one of the user's first name is lost.
What is your comment about that? And is there any solution?
