We are having issues with Zoho Desk / Email Forwarding and Ticket Creation
Something has happened since yesterday afternoon.
Our zoho desk is set up so we can send emails to Support@ourdomain which will forward the email and create a support ticket. Today, all of a sudden, when we do this the emails are not creating support tickets if they come from our domain. If I send an email from another domain to support@ourdomain it creates a ticket.
I have not made any changes to zoho configuration or our email configuration (office365).
Is there any reason this would be happening? Also can anyone recommend a good zoho partner for updates, integrations, blueprints etc.
