We now contact candidates with more than phone calls and emails

Hello Zoho team, 

Times have changed and recruiters have to multiply the channels to contact candidates. Some of them respond to phone calls, others to emails, but that's not enough.
We do have to use other means of communication as :
- Slack
- Wattsapp
- Skype
- Android messages (iMessage if Apple)
- Messenger and so on

It would be very nice if we could connect our app to Zoho recruit, and using them from there, just having to click on the icon to send a message to the proper channel. (see screenshot)

And obviously, we need to find back all these messages with candidates (sent and received) in a "Message section", where we can see all of the message (emails, sms, etc...), and filtering them if need (just sms, etc..)

That would be awesome to be able to have these feature.

PS : I know you offer twilio or other sms/call providers, but this means we again have to allow some important budget to a new service.
