Hi, I'm Andrew from an online retailer of digital cameras in the UK.  I've been using www.dabbledb.com as a hosted web app to handle our part exchange scheme.  There are four main parts to this: 1) Customers submit details of their old camera and contact details using an easy to use online form. Customers can log in and see the status of their request at any point by using their email address and unique exchange reference number.  2) We go through all of these requests and email each one with an offer for their old camera and record the details in the web app 3) If the customer accepts the offer then they send in their old camera. When we receive it we bring up the details and compare the condition and accessories with what they entered on the form. They are then credited accordingly.  4) We then list each item on eBay or amazon. The lister needs the details of the camera, the camera condition and any other notes entered at section 3.  Each section above is used by a different person.  What am I looking for: A person or team to build a new hosted web app - ideally based on an existing dabbledb type system (e.g. Zoho) to reduce development time and costs. This would also allow me to make changes myself in future and would also remove hosting. However I'm open to a new system written from scratch or based on your own existing code. Some features needed which I'm not sure if Zoho has: - customer log in as per point one above - ability to send customers an email from within the application based on a template but with the option to customise it each time Due to the fact dabbledb shuts down on May 18th I will need a working replacement by Thursday 12th May. Some of my requirements above can wait until the second phase of the project.  If you are interested in this project then please answer the following: 1) I've not listed all of the requirements here plus I will add features as the project develops so it won't be possible for you to have an accurate estimate of how long it will take. Therefore I'd like you to quote me your daily or weekly rate along with how many hours of work a week that is 2) Your estimate on the amount of work / days involved  3) It's important that this application is easy to use for both our customers and my members of staff. Therefore please include links or screenshots to other web apps you've designed which show off your design skills 4) Please confirm your availability over the next three weeks. Given the deadline I'd need work to start ASAP (I am looking to award this project to someone on Wednesday 28th April) 5) Please let me know about any other web apps you've made previously along with any feedback you may have received for it since it was launched  6) If you're not looking to customise an existing solution then please let me know which language you'd use? 7) Which time zone are you in and what are your working hours?
