Weighted tags

Hi,

I know that you are able to create assessments with weightings for specific jobs, but I wondered if you can allow candidates to add tags and scores to their profile - giving a general score to filter candidates by?

For example, I would like to create tags for candidates to list their skills, and be able to score their capabilities at that skill, maybe 0-3 for example. Then I can see which candidates score themselves highest for specific skills.

Any help would be appreciated.
