Weird inconsistency with linking URLs

It's a very small difference and it may be hard to notice unless you look closely, but for some reason setting a URL link causes the link on desktop to always have a / at the end, and removing it and saving it and then returning to the note causes the / to appear again, whereas on mobile this doesn't seem to be the case.
