Did someone scream out for help? Just kidding. (Or, maybe not.)
Here's your chance to bring out the best in social customer support. Instantly create support tickets in Zoho Desk from updates you spot on social media, and pass on the information to your support team for them to act on.
  • A brand-new, sleek user interface
Out with the old. In with the oh-so-beautiful. Oops. Too much? Well, we've revamped the interface to help you continue what you enjoy doing, and maybe love it a teeny bit more. We can't wait for you to try it out!
  • Reports. Just got a whole lot richer.
By the end of this year, we'll be rolling out a dashboard that gives you better visuals and deeper insights into the metrics you need to measure what matters.
