What’s New in Zoho Payroll (US & India) - July 2023

Zoho Payroll is back with fresh updates for July, catering to our users in India and the US. Whether you are operating in India or the United States, we have tailored our updates to meet your specific needs. Let's dive deeper into the exciting updates.

Enhanced Form 16 Processing in Zoho Payroll (India Edition - Early Access)

We are excited to announce a significant update to how we process Form 16 in Zoho Payroll - India edition. Currently, the system automatically generates Part B of Form 16 based on the uploaded Part A file. However, based on requests from users like you, we have introduced an option to upload Part B of Form 16, which you may have generated using the TRACES app. Once you upload the Part B file, it will be merged with the Form 16 - Part A PDF file, resulting in a single PDF document i.e. Form 16 for each employee. Your employees will be able to conveniently access their Form 16 on their Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal.

If you want to try this feature, write to us at support@zohopayroll.com and we'll enable it for you right away.

Note: The previous flow, where Zoho Payroll generates the Part B, is still available as the default option.
