What is deplayed in the details header?

What is deplayed in the details header?

Ive been looking in help and I cannot find the answer..

  1. What is the name of the section just above the details of a record and below the business card? 
  2. Where can I find a list of data that appears here on each module?
  3. For the accounts module, I see it shows contacts, is there a limit to how many contacts are shown tere?
