I want to know what is the reputation of Zoho Marketing Automation when sending emails. I have read that only 10% to 15% of the emails sent out get delivered. I understand that if Email Relay is not utilized then Zoho's reputation is pretty bad.  I validate my emails to have bounce rate less than 0.5% so I know the emails are not bad. 

I use ZohoCRM, ZohoSign and Webinar tool.

I am considering not using Zoho Marketing Automation for this reason alone.
