What's New in Zoho Expense - April 2017

What's new in April

It’s April already. Along with the new month, comes a host of new features. Try them out and let us know what you think. :)

1. Set up multi-level hierarchical approval using Custom Approval.

We hope custom approval has streamlined the approval flow for your organization. Enhancing it further, we bring to you multi-level hierarchical approval flow. You can now set up an approval flow based on your company’s reporting hierarchy for up to five levels and do much more.

2. Exclude transactions in corporate cards.

It so happens that sometimes you incur personal expenses using corporate cards. Ensure that you do not record the same as an expense in your account. With this update, you now have an option to exclude personal expenses from your corporate card transactions.

3. Avoid duplicate user records when importing data.

When inviting users in bulk, importing their details in a .CSV file would be the best option. In case the users are already a part of the organization, you can simply skip or override the existing user detail.

4. Access your travel policy sans difficulty. (Submitters and Approvers only)

Travel policy is a document people on the road would often refer to. It tells you about the do's and dont's of business travel. With this update, you don’t have to look around for it anymore. You will find it, right on your dashboard.

5. Disable all your customers and projects in Bulk.

On integrating Zoho Expense with Zoho Books or Zoho Invoice, we would automatically sync your customers and projects between these two accounts. If your business does not involve incurring billable expenses, you wouldn't be requiring them at all. Now, you can select them in bulk and enable, disable or delete them from your account.
