What's new in November

In the process of making expense reporting completely effortless, we have enhanced Zoho Expense with a lot of tiny and big features. We'd love for you to try out these features and let us know what you think:

1.  You can now customize the approval flow for your employees and departments.

With Custom Approvals, you can set up multi level approval for any scenario needed, including different approval flows for different users.

2. Create spending policies based on users.

Create your own policy to suit the spending policies defined by the management. Set unique policies for users and based on certain conditions.

3. Associate Potentials from Zoho CRM in expense reports.

You know how much a lead is worth through the Potentials section. With this feature, you can now calculate how much you are spending in order to win this deal.

4. Automate Email alerts and notifications by using Workflows in Zoho Expense.

Create email alerts using Workflows and emails are automatically triggered based on the rules you define.

5.  Add additional information about your employees by using Custom Fields.

Information like Cost center, Employee's home office can all be captured now. Add important information about your users when you are inviting them, using the custom fields option in the Invite users section.

6. Early access to QBO Integration for India, Australia, Canada and Global editions.

Users can now integrate their accounts with their QuickBooks Online account for the countries (editions) mentioned above.

7. Early access to Trips.
Get early access to Trips. Trips feature allows you to set up trip requests for your employees before they start traveling.

8. Create Per Diem expenses.

Keep on top of your expenses and never overspend again. Assign per diem rates for traveling employees.
