Here's a list of new features & updates for the month of March! Take a look, try it out and share your feedback with us.
1. 'Mark as fulfilled' status for sales orders.
You might often have customers who just drop by at your place or your store for picking up the products. In such cases, you haven't done any packaging or shipping, yet you would have to create manual shipments to close the sales order status. Now, with the 'mark as fulfilled' status, you no longer have to create packages for sales orders that are already fulfilled. Just convert the sales order status to 'mark as fulfilled' status and you're good to go.
2. Editing and removing items from 'Item groups'
We have been receiving a lot of request for editing and removing items from item groups and now, this feature is available. You can now remove items from an item group by just clicking on the specific item and then choose 'Remove item from group' from the 'more actions' option. However, this option is not available for items that are synced from your integration with online marketplaces. You can also edit the 'item group' for changing the item information by just clicking on the pencil icon on top of the specific 'item group'.
3. Set your own sync time for online marketplace integrations.
Now, you can set the sync time as per your own preference for online marketplace integrations. The auto sync happens once every 4 hours, you can change this sync time by clicking on the Change button below the Overall Sync History option in the sales channel’s integration page.

4. Shipment notification preferences.
If you want to send a notification to your customers for a carrier or manual shipments, you no longer have to do this for each shipment that you create. Now, you can send notifications automatically whenever a shipment is made by selecting your shipment preferences in the settings.
